Includes all the hardware need to install the post: handlebar remote, cables and housing.
The handlebar remote can be mounted in any orientation: left side, right side, top or bottom of the handlebar.
Tech note: This is for internally routed cables. The remote cable needs to run through the frame and attaches to the bottom of the seatpost. This seatpost cannot be used with external cable routing.

The struggle is worth it

It is a true struggle to get my feet into these. I bought size 12, and you would think they'd scale up the opening for larger foot sizes, but no. I feel like I'm going to rip the tag off every time I have to stretch them out to get them on. So far they have held up. (Tip: start with your foot sideways, then rotate the shoe once you get it in halfway to the heel.)
That said, these shoes are beautiful and comfortable (once you get them on). They're warm, and they perform well on the snow (after waterproofing).
